PERSONAL TRAINING

Personal training is 1:1, and focused entirely on your health, starting situation, and goals. The program caters to developing the client’s strengths and minimizing their weaknesses, and is a targeted entirely to the client’s needs.

Three training options are available for selection: 

  1. MOVE/beWEGung at home, 
  2. In the Fitness Studio of beWEGung at Sierichstraße or
  3. Outside in the fresh air (weather permitting)

2 : 1 – PERSONAL TRAINING FOR TWO PERSONS

Sometimes it might be more motivating and enjoyable to train as a team!  If you and another individual (perhaps a partner or friend) are on the same fitness-level and have similar goals, then let’s begin!!!  Get in form, in shape, together!!
